Reducción de capital – Informoldes S.A.
De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art.319, y a efectos de lo establecido en el artículo 334 de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital, se hace público que la Junta General Extraordinaria y Universal de Accionistas, en su reunión de fecha 30 de Octubre de 2023, acordó reducir el capital social, con el objeto de devolver aportaciones hasta la cuantía señalada en las siguientes condiciones:
1.-La reducción se hará en la cifra de cuatrocientos mil euros (400.000,00),
2.-La reducción se efectuará mediante la amortización de 4.000 acciones (actualmente 10.000 acciones), hasta 6.000 acciones. El valor nominal de cada una de las acciones integrantes del capital social es de 100€.
3.-La devolución tendrá lugar en el plazo máximo de dos meses a contar desde la fecha del presente acuerdo.
Finalmente, y como consecuencia del acuerdo se modifica al artículo 5 de los Estatutos, referido al capital social de la compañía,

In 2019 we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of Informoldes and planning the next 20 years.
We thank our costumers, employees, suppliers and all those who have contributed to the sustained development of Informoldes during these years.
Today, July 27th 2017, took place the inauguration of the new Informoldes plant located at Valença, Portugal. For this event we had the pleasure to receive Manuel Caldeira Cabral, the Ministry of Economy or Portugal. The brand-new 1300 m2 facilities that were presented today, were we will be able to make plastic injection moulds up to 20 tons, are equipped with state of the art machines and accessories supplied by some of the most prominent brands of industrial machinery. Until the year of 2020 we plan to continue with the purchase of new equipment and with the hiring of new employees. This opportunity will give us the ability to keep expanding our products and services, always focused on quality and continuous improvement.

INFORMOLDES is one of the partners of the R&D Project “PLASFIBERWOOD”. The main purpose of this project is to improve the knowledge of thermoplastic materials (PP, ABS y PVC) reinforced with wood fibres on productive processes.
INFORMOLDES is one of the partners of the R&D Project “ESTETINNOVA GALICIA”. The main purpose of this project is to develop new products with innovative surface properties for the cars of the future.
